4 DWI Arrests In 3 Days In Southampton: Police
New York State Police reported the arrest of four drunk drivers over a three day span last week in Southampton, authorities said.

SOUTHAMPTON, NY — Four drunk drivers were nabbed over a three day period in Southampton, police said.
Those arrested, according to New York State Police, included:
- John H. Zieman, 59, of New York, NY, was arrested on April 7 and charged with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop for an illegal signal and failure to stop prior to turning right on red on Hill Street in the Village of Southampton, police said. Zieman was transported back to New York State Police barracks Riverside where he refused to provide a breath sample, police said. Zieman was held overnight and arraigned on April 8, police said.

- Carlton Campbell, 38, of Montauk, was arrested on April 8 and charged with four degree criminal possession of marijuana and driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop for speeding on County Route 39 in Southampton, police said. Subsequent to the traffic stop Campbell was found to be in possession of marijuana, police said. Campbell was transported to New York State Police barracks Riverside where he provided a breath sample indicating a .15 percent blood/alcohol content, police said. Campbell was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Southampton Town Justice Court on April 19, police said.
- Jaime Ramos, 35, of Southampton, was arrested on April 9 following a traffic stop on Springville Road in Southampton, police said. Ramos was transported to New York State Police barracks Riverside and processed without incident; he was charged with driving while intoxicated, first degree aggravated unlicensed operator, and circumventing an interlock device, police said. Ramos provided a positive breath sample of .14 percent BAC and is due back in Southampton Justice Court on April 19, police said.

- Chelsea Conti, 27, was arrested on April 9 and charged with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop while traveling eastbound on Montauk Highway inSouthampton, police said. Conti was transported back to New York State Police barracks Riverside where she provided a breath sample indicating a .19 percent BAC, police said. Conti is due back in Southampton Justice Court on April 19, police said.
