Boat Stolen From Dock Behind East Quogue Home: Police
The boat was stolen between August 15 and August 17, police say.

EAST QUOGUE, NY — Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and detectives from the Southampton Town Police Department are asking for the public’s help to identify and locate the person or persons who stole a boat from a home in East Quogue last month.
A 2013 27-foot Boston Whaler Dauntless with a 9' beam was removed from a dock located behind a residence on Sunset Avenue in East Quogue between August 13 and August 17, police said.
The photo shown depicts the exact year, make and model of the stolen boat; the hull identification number is BWCE0730J213, and the boat engines are two Mercury 200HP CXL L4 Verado 4-stroke outboard engines, police said. The engine serial numbers are 1B979235-1B967612, police said.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
Anyone with information about the crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
