Southampton Village Board of Historic Preservation & Architectural Review Public Meeting

The Board of Historic Preservation & Architectural Review, known as the ARB, approves or denies demolition permits for historic structures and homes built before 1923. It also reviews signs. The board works with homeowners and architects to approve exterior alterations and the aesthetics of new buildings. The board meets on the second and fourth Monday of the month at village hall.
