East End Chefs at Old Whalers'

Chef-owner Arthur Wolf from Smokin' Wolf, formerly Turtle Crossing, in East Hampton will present a menu including cowgirl quesadilla made with caramelized onions, guacamole and mango salsa, an organic salad served with Arthur's cornbread, a pulled-pork slider served with slaw and, for dessert, Valrhona chocolate marble swirl brownies. Find out why President Clinton chose this restaurant to visit while he was here in the Hamptons. Wine and water will be served throughout the evening. Space is limited; reserve in advance by calling Lillian at 631-553-6515 or e-mail to jwoudsma@optonline.net. Pay at the door (cash or check). Proceeds benefit the Community House at Old Whalers'.
