The League of Women Voters of the Hamptons is hosting a free community forum titled “From Local to Global: Planned Parenthood at Work” on Monday, July 9, at 7 p.m. in Bridgehampton’s Hampton Library at 2478 Main Street.

Refreshments will be served at the beginning of the program, followed by a panel discussion featuring two speakers—Reina Schiffrin, president/CEO of Planned Parenthood Action and Planned Parenthood Hudson Peconic (PPHP), and Chloe Cooney, Director of Global Advocacy of the Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA).

Their presentations will focus on PPHP services on the East End, the global services of PPFA, and the political climate surrounding reproductive health care statewide, nationwide and globally.
