The Great East End Clean-Up will take place on April 16 and 17, when individuals and community groups will gather to pick up trash on town-owned properties, such as parks, beaches, trails, or along roads. Southampton Town will provide garbage bags, pick-up sticks, and a free pass to the town recycling centers. Those who want to participate should complete an online form and return it to the coordinator by April 6. Materials can be picked up at the North Sea Transfer Station Mondays to Fridays between 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. There will also be an organizational meeting at the Hampton Bays Community Center on April 11 at 5:30 p.m.
