The Southampton Village Zoning Board of Appeals, or ZBA, meets at 7 p.m. on the first Thursday of the month for a work session. The board also meets for a public meeting at 7 p.m. on the third Thursday of the month. All meetings are at village hall and open to the public. The ZBA grants wetlands permits and approves or denies applications for building variances.
