Kara Huber, a 2010 Pianofest participant and prize winner of the 2009 Kingsville Competition in Texas, will give a performance at the Levitas Center. Huber, 24, will perform J.S. Bach: Capriccio "On the departure of a beloved brother", S. Gubaidulina: Chaconne, and as a tribute to Franz Liszt 200th birthday, will play his Sposalizio, Sonetto 123 del Petrarca and the powerful "Après une lecture de Dante" sonata.
