Flanders Man Who Burglarized Calverton Home Busted: Cops
The man was arrested at his Flanders home, police say.

CALVERTON, NY — A Flanders man was arrested after he burglarized a Calverton home, police said.
According to Riverhead Police, the incident took place on Sunday at 6:54 a.m. when police received a 911 call regarding a burglary in progress at a Twomey Ave. home.
Responding officers interviewed a resident who said an unknown man had entered the house and removed cash, police said.

The Riverhead Police Department's detective division was notified and initiated an investigation into the reported burglary, police said.
Detectives located Joseph Budriss, 40, of Flanders, at his home and arrested him, police said. He was transported to Riverhead Police headquarters for arrest processing and charged with second degree burglary, a felony, police said.

He was held for arraignment in Riverhead Justice Court, police said.
