Gwyneth Paltrow to Launch New Company in the Hamptons

The company, which will offer organic food take out, will launch in Water Mill and East Hampton.

Actress Gwyneth Paltrow recently announced in a Hamptons Magazine article that she will be launching a new organic food take out company along with celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson and Maria Baum, who will be the CEO of the company.

The company, 3 Green Hearts, will be launching at Anderson’s new studios in Water Mill, on 903 Montauk Highway, and in East Hampton, on 30 Park Place.

Customers will be able to order healthy, organic meals such as made-that-day juices and smoothies, gluten-free pastas with herbs and roasted tomatoes, quinoa salads, grilled salmon, fish tacos and kale ravioli, according to the article.

Paltrow even says that the company will offer sweets such as frosting shots, made ”without all the processed things that really hurt us.”

“I’ve figured out how to make the best cookies that have no gluten, no soy, no dairy, no nuts, no eggs - all the main allergens,” she said. “It’s also about me being able to settle the inflammation fire that is so many bodies.”
