Man With 40 Grams Of Marijuana Kicks Police Car, Speaker: Cops
He damaged the communications speaker bracket when he kicked it, police say.

RIVERSIDE, NY —A man caught with 40 grams of marijuana became "disorderly", kicking the New York State Trooper vehicle, police said.
According to New York State Police, the incident took place on Dec. 7 at 10:19 p.m.; Israel Bustillo, 20, of Flanders was stopped for a vehicle and traffic violation on Old Quogue Road in Riverside, police said.
Upon further investigation, Bustillo was found to be in possession of 40 grams of marijuana; while inside the trooper's car, Bustillo started to kick the seat of the car and then, kicked the communications speaker, damaging the bracket, police said.

Bustillo was arrested and charged with fifth degree criminal possession of marijuana and fourth degree criminal mischief and was held for morning arraignment in Southampton Justice Court, police said.
