Man Charged With DWI After Hitting Parked Vehicle: Police

SOUTHAMPTON, NY —A Southampton man was charged with driving while intoxicated Saturday after striking a parked vehicle, police said.

According to Southampton Village Police, at 2:18 a.m., Shaundell L. Fishburne, 25, who was driving a 2017 Honda Accord when he hit the parked vehicle, was arrested on Prospect Street and charged with misdemeanor DWI.

Fishburne and his passenger were taken to Stony Brook Southampton Hospital for treatment for minor injuries, police said.
