Man Charged With DWI On County Road 39: Cops
He was stopped for traffic infractions, police say.

SOUTHAMPTON, NY — A drunk driver was nabbed on County Road 39 in Southampton Friday, police said.
According to New York State Police, 34-year old Oscar Castillo Fonseca was heading east when he was stopped for numerous traffic infractions.
During the interview, "a strong odor alcoholic beverage was emanating from his breath and his eyes were watery, droopy and bloodshot," police said. In addition, his performance on standardized field sobriety tests were indicative of being intoxicated by alcohol, police said.

Castillo Fonseca was placed under arrest and transported back to New York State Police Barracks Riverside where he provided a breath sample of .10% blood alcohol content, police said.
Castillo Fonseca charged with driving while intoxicated and is due back at Southampton Justice Court on Jan. 10, police said.
