Man Charged With DWI In Southampton: Police
He was seen failing to maintain his lane on County Road 39A, police say.
SOUTHAMPTON, NY — A Florida man was charged with driving while intoxicated in Southampton Saturday.
According to Southampton Town police, at 10:12 p.m., James Gault, 43, was seen failing to maintain his lane of travel on Country Road 39A. Gault was arrested and charged with DWI and failing to use designated lane, police said.
He was taken to police headquarters and held overnight for morning arraignment, police said.
