Man Charged With DWI, Speeding: Police
BREAKING: The man was arrested on Sunday night, police said.
NORTHAMPTON, NY — A Mastic man was charged with driving while intoxicated Sunday night, police said.
According to Southampton Town Police, Richard Nocella, 21, was arrested at 8:10 p.m. on County Road 51 near Lake Avenue in Northampton after he was stopped by police for speeding.
He was charged with driving while intoxicated, a combination of drugs and alcohol, a misdemeanor, transported to Southampton Town Police headquarters for processing and held for a morning arraignment, police said.
