Man Charged With Felony DWI In Southampton: Police
He was speeding before his arrest, police say.
SOUTHAMPTON, NY — A Moriches man was nabbed for driving while intoxicated in Southampton, police said.
According to New York State Police, Geoffrey G. Holthaus, 30, was charged with felony driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop for speeding on County Route 39.
Holthaus was transported to New York State Police barracks Riverside, where he provided a breath sample of .11% BAC; Holthaus was held for arraignment, police said.
