Man Circumvents Interlock Device, Faces Felony Charge: Cops
He was busted in Southampton Village, police say.

SOUTHAMPTON, NY — A Southampton man is facing a felony charge for circumventing an interlock device, police said.
According to Southampton Village Police, Miguel Clemente-Ramos, 42, was arrested on July 19 at 9:17 a.m. and charged with circumventing an interlock device and second degree aggravated unlicensed operations, both felonies.
His vehicle was impounded, police said.
