Man Nabbed With Quantity of Oxycodone Pills, Hypodermic: Police
He's facing 2 misdemeanor charges, police say.
SOUTHAMPTON, NY — A Southampton man was arrested after he was found with oxycodone and a hypodermic instrument, police said.
According to Southampton Village Police, Andrew J. Busque, 27, was arrested and charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument, both misdemeanors, after he was found in possession of a quantity of oxycodone pills and Midol pills without an authorized prescription.
