WESTHAMPTON BEACH, NY — A missing man suffering from PTSD and a brain injury, who has had recent suicidal ideations, has been located unharmed, police said.
Joseph Brogan, 28, of Westhampton, was last seen at the Green Acres Mall in Valley Stream on Friday at 11 a.m., police said.
A silver alert was issued by police for help in locating him on Friday.
