Pair Lived Illegally In Hamptons Home, Sold Owner's Possessions: PD
The man was also charged in relation to a gunpoint robbery at a Southampton gas station, police say.
SOUTHAMPTON, NY — A man and woman were arrested Monday after they were found living in someone else's home in Southampton and selling the homeowner's possessions, police said. In addition, the man was charged in relation to a recent gunpoint robbery in Southampton, police said.
According to Southampton Town police, at 6:01 a.m. Monday, the Southampton Town police department's emergency services unit and detective division effected a search warrant at an address on North Magee Street.
The search warrant was the result of weeks of investigation involving people illegally residing in a residence; they also sold the homeowner's personal property and possessions from within the home, police said.

Antonio D. Wilson, 48, of Southampton, was located inside the residence and charged with second-degree criminal trespass, a misdemeanor; and third-degree grand larceny, a felony, police said.
Donna Miller, 47, of Southampton, was also located inside the residence and subsequently arrested and charged with second-degree criminal trespass, a misdemeanor; and third-degree grand larceny, a felony, police said.

During the ensuing investigation and search warrant from the trespass and larceny investigation, items were recovered that connected Wilson with a gunpoint robbery that occurred on September 8 at the Speedway Gas Station on County Road 39 in Southampton, during which he stole cash, lotto tickets and cigarettes, police said.
To that end, Wilson was also charged with second-degree robbery, a felony, police said.
Wilson and Miller were processed at Southampton Town police headquarters and held overnight for morning arraignment, police said.
