• Man Charged With DWI After Crashing Into Utility Pole In Shinnecock Hills: PD (patch.com) — Southampton Town police say a Hampton Bays man was arrested on aggravated DWI charges after crashing his car into a utility pole Friday night in Shinnecock Hills. Officers found no injuries at the scene, but the driver was held overnight for arraignment in Southampton Town Justice Court on multiple alcohol-related charges and traffic infractions.
