Pedestrian Struck, Killed By Drunk Driver: Cops
The man was pronounced dead at the scene, police say.

EAST END, NY — A Riverside man was killed after he was struck by a drunk driver on County Road 105 Sunday night, police said.
According to Southampton Town Police, Tyler A. Gaches, of Shirley, was driving south on CR 105 near Flanders Road when he struck Ian S. Costanza, 36; Costanza was pronounced dead at the scene and taken to the Suffolk County Medical Examiner's Office, police said.
Gaches, who called police, was subsequently charged with driving while intoxicated, police said.

The vehicle was impounded after the crash; the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office along with Southampton Town Police are continuing the investigation, police said.
