SOUTHAMPTON, NY — Cocktails and hors d'oeuvres under the tent, followed by signature main courses by five of the most celebrated chefs on the East End, were the order of the day on Sunday at Hayground School in Bridgehampton.
The school held its "13th Annual Hayground School Chefs Dinner", honoring Tinka D. Topping, founding member of Hayground School, and Chef Bill Telepan, executive chef of Manhattan's Oceana Restaurant, and of Wellness in the Schools (WITS).
Hayground School founder Toni Ross, of Nick & Toni's, and Chef Tom Colicchio invited guests to the farm-to-table dinner created by 13 culinary masters.
