Police: Drunk Hampton Bays Woman Arrested After Blocking Traffic in Southampton
The arrest was made on Sunday.

A Hampton Bays woman was arrested on a DWI charge after she was seen obstructing traffic on Henry Road in Southampton on Sunday morning, according to Southampton Town Police.
Patricia Rumph, 29, was seen in the driver’s seat of her running vehicle in the roadway blocking traffic at about 3:30 a.m., police said.

Upon further investigation she was found to be intoxicated and arrested, police said.
She was transported to Southampton Town Police Headquarters for arrest processing and held for morning arraignment.
