Police: Drunk Motorcyclist Hospitalized After Crash
The incident occurred on Saturday morning, police say.

A Southampton man was arrested for driving while intoxicated after he was injured in a motorcycle accident in Hampton Bays on Saturday morning, according to Southampton Town Police.
Ernest Kempermann, 52, was arrested at about 12:54 a.m. while driving his 2003 Harley Davidson eastbound on Montauk Highway, police said.
He was involved in an accident in the area and found to be drunk at the time of the accident, police said.

Kempermann was charged with DWI, police said.
He was released on a field appearance ticket at Stony Brook University Hospital where he was being treated for is injuries as a result from the accident, police said.
