Police: Teen Arrested After Loading, Racking Shot Gun in Front of Southampton Man

The incident occurred on Tuesday.

A North Sea teen was arrested for driving by and racking a loaded shot gun in front of a man’s Southampton home on Tuesday, according to Southampton Town Police.

The victim reported that Tristan Tutching, 19, drove by his home and loaded and racked a shot gun while in front of the victim’s house after gaining his attention, police said.

Tutching fled but was arrested a short time later near his North Sea home, police said.

He was arrested for second degree menacing and fourth degree criminal possession of a weapon, police said.

He was brought to police headquarters for processing.
