Missing Man Found Unharmed: Cops

SOUTHAMPTON, NY — Southampton Town Police, after issuing a Silver Alert for a missing man who they said suffers from depression, later said that he had been found unharmed.

Tremaine Thomas, 43, had not been in contact with anyone since November 8. His last known address was in Riverhead, police said. Thomas is black, 5 feet, 10 inches tall and about 180 lbs.; he is bald and may have facial hair, police said.

Detectives are asking anyone with information on Thomas’ location to call the Southampton Town Police Department's detective division at 631-702-2230 or 631-728-3400, or to call 911.
