Southampton Man Caught Driving Drunk: Police
The drunk driver was arrested on March 27, police said.
EAST QUOGUE, NY — A Southampton man was caught driving drunk in East Quogue, police said.
According to New York State Police, Cristian G. Villa Peralta, 31, was arrested on March 27 and charged with driving while intoxicated following a welfare check on County Route 104 in East Quogue.
Villa Peralta was transported back to New York State Police barracks Riverside where he provided a positive breath sample of .14 percent BAC, police said.
