Southampton District Board of Education Invites Community Members to Discuss Merger Concept

The Southampton District Board of Education is considering putting forward to voters an annexation of the Tuckahoe Common School District under a new, revised merger concept.

Community members are invited to discuss the proposed merger concept and to plan ways to increase community understanding of the facts and support outcomes related to an annexation at a meeting at 6 p.m. on Sept. 11 in the Southampton Intermediate School cafeteria.
