Southampton Man Charged With Felony DWI: Cops
He had twice the legal limit BAC, police say.

SOUTHAMPTON, NY — A Southampton man was caught driving while intoxicated with twice the legal limit BAC, police said.
According to New York State Police, Elroy Urbano-DeJesus was arrested on Dec. 7 at 11:05 p.m. after he was seen driving on Peconic Road in Hampton Bays and stopped for a vehicle and traffic violation.
Upon further investigation, Urbano-DeJesus was found to be intoxicated with a BAC of .16%.; he was arrested and charged with felony driving while intoxicated due to a previous conviction within the last 10 years, police said.

Urbano-DeJesus was held for morning arraignment in Southampton Justice Court, police said.
