Southampton Man Charged With Trying To Flee From Police: Cops
He was also charged with reckless endangerment and assault, police say.

SOUTHAMPTON, NY — A Southampton man was charged with trying to flee from authorities, police said.
According to Southampton Village Police, on May 15 at 4:50 p.m., Scott M. Hornstein, 52, of Southampton was charged with first degree reckless endangerment, second degree assault, both felonies, and third degree unlawful fleeing from a police officer in a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor.
Hornstein is currently incarcerated at the Suffolk County Correctional Facilities in Riverside for other charges, police said.
