Southampton's Shop Small Saturday: Parade Of Lights, Santa, Tree

SOUTHAMPTON, NY — Shop Small Saturday unfolds in Southampton Saturday with full slate of fun for the family.

Horse and buggy rides will be offered from noon to 3 p.m. at 23 Main Street. The Parade of Lights is next at 4:45 pm, immediately followed by the annual tree lighting ceremony, a fireworks display and a holiday reception and visit with Santa at the Southampton Cultural Center, located at 25 Pond Lane in Southampton.

Small Business Saturday will be taking place on Nov. 30 this year, two days after Thanksgiving. It's a day for everyone to support the small businesses that drive the local economy in hometowns.

American Express founded the day in 2010 to help small businesses get exposure during the holiday season.
