“Suffolk County is blessed to have so many extraordinary seniors who have made meaningful and significant impacts on their local communities,” Bellone said. “It is fitting that we take the time to recognize those individuals who want to make Suffolk County and our region as a whole, a better place to live for all of us.”

The award will be presented at a senior celebration luncheon sponsored by the Suffolk County Office for the Aging and the Suffolk County Senior Citizen Advisory Board on Thursday, May 14 at Villa Lombardi’s in Holbrook.
