
SOUTHAMPTON, NY — The search is on for a thief who stole two flat screen televisions from a home in the Hamptons, police said.
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and detectives from the Southampton Town Police Department asked for the public’s help to identify and locate the man who burglarized the residence last month.
The man broke into a home on Cobb Road and stole the TVs on April 10 at 8:40 a.m., police said.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact Suffolk County Crime Stoppers to submit an anonymous tip by calling 1-800-220-TIPS, texting “SCPD” and a message to “CRIMES” (274637) or emailing www.tipsubmit.com. All calls, text messages and emails will be kept confidential.
