Our “Meet the Teacher” evening orientations this year are as follows: Grades 7 & 8 will be held on Wednesday, September 10th at 7:00 p.m.; Grades 1st McLaughlin, 5 & 6 will be held on Thursday, September 11th at 7:00 p.m., and Grades Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 4 will be held on Tuesday, September 16th at 7:00 p.m. “Tuckahoe’s Bucket Challenge” will be held on Monday, September 15th at 2:00 p.m. This challenge is to help raise money for the Charest family so they can buy their father a handicap van that they desperately need. (Go to our website at www.tuckahoecommonsd.com to read the article). Teachers will be donating $20 each and any student who donates $20 can dump another bucket over any teacher who has volunteered! Parents are welcome too!! Our PTO Innsbrook Wrapping Paper Fundraiser this year begins on Monday, September 15th and ends on Friday, September 26th. Student School Picture Day will be taken on Wednesday, September 17th. Our 8th Grade Outdoor Educational Trip this year is on Monday, September 22nd to Wednesday, September 24th.
