For the safety of students, the Tuckahoe School budget vote and election are taking place in the school's library this year.
In recent years, voting has taken place in the school gymnasium. But the new location and entrance keeps voters separate from classrooms and students.
The library entrance is on Sebonac Road, and parking spaces have been designated for voters so they can get in and out quickly and not have to walk far.
The main entrance, which was used to access the gym, is located on Magee Street.
