Unlicensed Driver Caught With Cocaine: Police
The man's license was revoked three times, police say.

SOUTHAMPTON, NY — An unlicensed man was caught driving with cocaine in Southampton, police said.
According to Southampton Village Police, Andrew D. Jelsik, 45, was arrested on July 25 at 6:10 p.m. and charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second degree aggravated unlicensed operations, both misdemeanors.
Jelsik was stopped on Hill Street for a vehicle and traffic violation; a computer check revealed that Jelsik's privilege to operate a motor vehicle was revoked a total of three three times, police said.

He was also found to be in possession of quantity cocaine, police said.
The vehicle was seized as per Suffolk County's vehicle seizure law; he was processed and released after posting $250 station house bail, police said.
