Unlicensed Driver Charged With Criminal Impersonation: Cops

He was also caught without an interlock device, police say.

SOUTHAMPTON, NY — An unlicensed driver was charged with criminal impersonation, police said.

According to Southampton Village Police, on Nov. 15 at 12:23 p.m. William Xavier Anguisaca-Garcia, 28, of East Hampton was arrested and charged with second degree criminal impersonation, false personation, second degree aggravated unlicensed operation, and circumventing an interlock device, all misdemeanors.

He was processed and released on $250 station house bail, police said.
