Woman Busted For Driving With BAC More Than 3X The Legal Limit: Cops
The woman was slapped with a felony charge after she was caught driving drunk in Southampton, police say.

SOUTHAMPTON, NY — A Manorville woman was charged with driving with a BAC level more than three times the legal limit in Southampton, police said.
According to New York State Police, Leila A. Saguto, 53, was arrested on Oct. 16 and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, a felony, after she was stopped for failing to maintain her lane on Sunrise Highway.
Saguto was transported to New York State Police Barracks Riverside where she provided a breath sample of .28% BAC, more than three times the legal limit of .08% BAC, police said.

A check of Saguto’s driver’s license showed that it was her second DWI arrest, resulting in a felony charge, police said.
Saguto was held for arraignment at Southampton Town Justice Court later that day, police said.
