Brewster Declares State of Emergency; Will Effect Parking, Driving

A State of Emergency will go into effect at 6 p.m. today and last until 7 a.m. Jan. 29.

No parking will be allowed on village streets at any time during that period—with the exception of Main Street, where parking is prohibited after 11 p.m.

Authorized traffic will be limited to essential emergency vehicles such as police, fire and ambulance.
