Brewster Man Faces Aggravated DWI Charge
Police stopped him for not wearing a seatbelt.

Raymond L. Pellecchia, 48, of Brewster, New York, faces a charge of Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.
Troopers stopped Pellecchia on Main Street in Brewster Sept. 26 for not wearing his seatbelt. While they interviewed him, they observed clues that indicated he was intoxicated at the time of the stop
He provided a positive breath sample that revealed a Blood Alcohol Content of .22%, more than two times the legal limit of intoxicated in New York State.
Pellecchia was issued traffic tickets returnable to the Village of Brewster Court on October 26, 2015 and released from police custody.
