Police have arrested two men from Carmel in connection with the theft of copper plumbing from unoccupied residences in Pawling and Dover Plains.
After a month-long joint investigation by the New York State Police and the Dutchess County Sheriff's Office, officials announced Tuesday that they arrested Steven Finney, 31, and Tyler Finney, 21. Each man faces a felony charge of second-degree burglary.
Officials at the Dover Plains barracks were unable to provide a value on the copper plumbing Tuesday afternoon.
