Danbury Man Faces DWI Charge in Southeast

New York State Police from the Brewster barracks arrested Luis J. Perez-Rodriguez March 7 for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.

Troopers stopped a vehicle traveling on Deans Corners Road for failing to maintain its lane of travel. Following an investigation, it was discovered that the driver of the vehicle, Perez-Rodriguez, was intoxicated.

Perez-Rodriguez, 21, of Danbury, CT, supplied police with a breath sample revealing a Blood Alcohol Content of .19 percent and was issued traffic tickets ordering him to appear before the Town of Southeast Court on March 12.
