New York State Police from the Brewster barracks arrested Manuel Sanango, 33, of Danbury, Connecticut, for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.
Sanango was stopped on Danbury Road Jan. 22 for failing to maintain his designated lane of travel. Following an investigation conducted by the arresting officer, he arrested for Driving While Intoxicated.
Sanango supplied a breath sample that revealed a Blood Alcohol Content of 19 percent, more than two times the legal limit of intoxication. Sanango was scheduled to appear in the Town of Southeast Court.
