Earring Workshop (Ages 10 & Up) at the Kent Public Library
Monday, October 26, 2015 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM Kent Public Library - Downstairs Program Room

Make one pair of earrings for yourself and one to be contributed to a battered women’s shelter. All supplies are provided free of charge. This workshop serves several purposes: to learn to make earrings, meet new friends and have a good time, and additionally to make earrings to donate to battered women’s shelters. For every pair the attendees make to keep, they make one to donate. All the materials are supplied (zillions of assorted beads, pearls and crystals), findings, tools, mats etc. so there’s no need for anyone to bring anything but their creativity. However, if anyone has any bead jewelry (including broken) that I can cut up and use for earrings, that is a bonus for me. At the end of the workshop, participants will take home something fun to wear and feel good about giving a smile to women in need. For ages 10 and up. Registration is required. To register, please call the Kent Public Library at 845-225-8585
