Hazy, Hot, Humid: Brewster's Work Week Weather

Plus there's a Hazardous Weather Outlook for Southeast.

BREWSTER, NY — Yes, we know what the calendars says. It may be February, but it certainly isn’t going to feel like it Tuesday and Wednesday. The Hudson Valley could see record-breaking temperatures which would be more typical of April.

“The record high in Poughkeepsie is 63 degrees, and we should crack that number today,” Hudson Valley Weather said. “The weather this afternoon is more typical of what we’d expect to see in mid- to late April… so it’s truly a spring preview!”

Don’t get too used to the warmer weather, however.

The tail end of the week will still see higher than normal temperatures but will be 10 or so degrees cooler than Tuesday and Wednesday, and rain is in the forecast.

And what would February be in the Hudson Valley if there weren’t a slight chance of snow in the northern most parts of the region.
