Held on $15,000 Bail for Violating Child Support Order

Putnam County Sheriff Donald B. Smith reports the arrest of a Brewster man on a family court warrant.

On October 16, 2015 members of the Sheriff’s Department Bureau of Criminal Investigation arrested a Brewster resident who was violation of a support order, and the arrest was effected after a family court warrant was issued by Putnam County Court Judge James Rooney.

The defendant was arraigned by Putnam County Court Judge James Reitz and is being held on $15,000 cash bail at the Putnam County Correctional Facility.
