Information session on Health Insurance and the Market place presented by Putnam CAP at The Kent Library

Putnam CAP Certified Application Counselors will hold an information session on how health insurance works and provide enrollment assistance to Medicaid, Child Health Plus, The Essential Plan and Qualified Health Plans through the NYS Health Insurance Marketplace. Open enrollment starts November 1, 2015 and ends January 31, 2016. Registration required. To register, please call the Library at 845-225-8585. Program will be held in our downstairs program room.
