After Helen graduated from Butler Township High School, PA in 1944, she moved to Chicago where she met and married James V. DelGreco on August 16, 1947. Shortly thereafter, they moved to the Bronx, New York where she worked as a seamstress. After having children, they moved to Brewster, New York where she designed the life she loved in a house she loved. Her most memorable traits were care for the earth, communication with God, magical ability to make any plants grow green and colorful and helping through charitable gestures those who surrounded her. No matter what you needed she found a cure. Her unique mannerisms will always hold a special place in our hearts as her journey through life helped each of us learn and grow.

There will be a graveside service at 11 AM on Monday April 4, 2022 at the Milltown Cemetery, Milltown Road, Brewster, New York. As she always gave to several charitable organizations, the family asks that you make donations to the charity of your choice in her honor.
