Putnam Hospital Celebrates 51 Years

At its annual fundraising gala Oct. 3, the hospital foundation will salute the community's emergency medical volunteers.

Putnam Hospital Center celebrates 51 years of healthcare service to the community at its annual gala Oct. 3.

This year’s theme is “Night in the Orient.” It includes cocktails, dinner, dancing, a silent auction and a presentation by the Chinese Language School principal at Chuang Yen Monastery in Kent.

The hospital gala will salute the volunteer Emergency Medical Services professionals in the community.

Putnam Hospital Center’s largest fundraiser of the year kicks off with cocktails at 6:30 p.m. followed by dinner and dancing in the Regency Ballroom at the Hyatt Regency Hotel. Black tie is optional.

Proceeds from this event will go toward programs and services that will further our dedication to not only meeting but exceeding the healthcare needs of our community, hospital officials said.
